Tiffany Jones

Owner & Lead Planner

Tiffany is the fearless founder of The Tiffany Effect, and her love for party planning runs deep! Originally from northern NJ, she has now expanded TTE to H-Town! She founded the company after years of planning events for family, friends, and local companies in NJ. A natural-born event planner, she recalls planning her very first celebration at the age of 15— her Mardi-Gras themed sweet 16 based on the infamous MTV’s My Super Sweet 16 (throwback, huh!?). She’s always been that friend who couldn’t host an event without an elaborate theme, hired vendors, or an itinerary. Event planning is in her DNA, and it’s been exciting watching that passion expand into the wedding industry.


Speaking of weddings, she’s been planning weddings for over 5 years. She’s what you call the “chaos coordinator” because she thrives in hectic situations and loves alleviating my clients of any stress wedding planning brings. She strives to over deliver to ensure her client’s vision is brought to life exactly as they dreamed. That’s the Tiffany effect (hence the business name 😉).

Weddings ignite a fire in Tiffany unlike any other; she’s obsessed with every part of the planning and execution process. She adores hearing a couple’s unique and special engagement story, learning about their vision for their perfect day, and meeting all the family members anxious to help in any way they can! 

She loves the look on spouses’ faces as they catch the first glimpse of their forever love, and the glimmer in their eyes as they preview the reception space as a newly married couple! Tiffany’s favorite kudos are for a client to tell her that they did not have to worry throughout the day - that’s how she knows she’s done a good job!


Amber K.

Assistant Coordinator

Amber is our amazing Lead Assistant, working behind the scenes ensuring all our details are meticulously captured and supporting our clients’ with whatever they need on the day-of. While she is the newest member of the team, she has proved her worth as being the backbone support behind our company, and we are so excited to have her on board!

Her favorite cities in Texas are Dallas, Austin, and of course - Houston! Each city has so much to offer and brings a different vibe and culture that’s worth experiencing. Amber is a Houston native and even went to the University of Houston to pursue a degree in Psychology. Her connection with people is her strongest asset - she knows what you need 5 minutes before you even open your mouth! She loves weddings and events because she enjoys making people’s visions and dreams come to life. 

Her favorite part about weddings is witnessing the smiles on the guest’s faces and mainly the newly wedded couple. Love is such a beautiful thing, and she finds joy in making the celebration/wedding as beautiful as possible.
